Can exercises like push-ups really make your breasts bigger and firmer?

To some extent. They won’t affect your actual breasts, which don’t contain muscle. (The only things that can make women’s breasts significantly bigger, implants aside, are weight gain and pregnancy.) But exercise can build the pectoral muscles underneath, making you look a tad perkier, especially if you’re on the small side. Lacey Stone, a New York City-based personal trainer, recommends push-ups or chest flies (lie on the floor with a weight in each hand, arms out in a T just below shoulder level; with a slight bend at your elbows, bring weights together over your chest). Do three sets of 12 reps three times a week, and you could see an improvement in three weeks.

Is there anything that can help prevent premature sagging?

Actually, yes. How low you’ll someday go (or won’t!) is largely determined by genes, but you can slow down the process by avoiding yo-yo weight gain and loss. It can stress and stretch breast ligaments, your natural support system, says Katharine O’Connell, M.D., an ob-gyn and assistant clinical professor at Columbia University in New York City. Experts agree, wearing a bra that fits well—especially when working out—can help prevent droopage as well by stabilizing breasts and reducing wear and tear on ligaments. Make sure your bra is firm around the body, since 90 percent of support comes from the band, not the straps, says Susan Nethero, a.k.a. The Bra Whisperer and chief fit stylist for Intimacy boutiques (the woman was trained by the Queen of England’s bra fitter!). “Women associate looseness with comfort,” she notes, “but when a bra is loose it can’t do its job.”

Does drinking coffee really make breasts smaller?

You’d think so, given the slew of headlines last year like, “Women Face Drink and Shrink Dilemma.” Yet while that much-ballyhooed study did find that women with a certain gene variant who drank three or more cups of caffeinated joe a day had, on average, smaller breasts than those who downed less, that’s not necessarily cause and effect, says lead researcher Helena Jernström, Ph.D., of Sweden’s Lund University. Until there’s further evidence, you won’t see Starbucks slapping a WARNING: MAY CAUSE BREAST REDUCTION label on lattes.

Why do my breasts get bigger and hurt so much right before my period?

Blame your hormones, says Rebecca Booth, M.D., a gynecologist in Louisville, Kentucky, and author of The Venus Week: Discover the Powerful Secret of Your Cycle…at Any Age. First, increased progesterone causes water retention, which can make breasts swollen and tender. Estrogen spikes too. “They are working to prepare the body for pregnancy and signal the milk ducts to expand, which can hurt,” says Dr. Booth. How come my breasts are slightly different sizes?

Experts say it’s not uncommon for women to feel a lump while sudsing up in the shower, or even when they’re with a partner. If something doesn’t seem right, check in with your doctor. Be sure to get a clinical exam from a doctor once a year. Inquire about mammograms and genetic testing if anyone on your mother’s or father’s side was diagnosed premenopause with breast or ovarian cancer (the two can be linked). Otherwise, annual mammograms should begin at 40. No matter what, don’t overdo the drinking; a new study links alcohol to breast cancer. And keep your weight healthy, says Dr. Bell: “The closer your body mass index [BMI] is to normal, the less likely you are to develop breast cancer. Period.” Aim for a BMI between 18.5 and 24.9 (calculate yours at glamour.com/health-fitness).

I want implants. Are there still risks?

Yes—this is major surgery. Potential problems include infection, numbness, scar tissue complications and implant ruptures, says Steven J. White, M.D., founder of USA Plastic Surgery in Dallas. You may be tempted to bargain-hunt for implants, but remember that your health (not your wallet) is the priority. Dr. White’s advice: Find an experienced doctor certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, ask to see before-and-after photos and talk to former patients about their results.

The verdict: OK, the pump makes nipples erect. And if you’re the rare woman who’d step away from a date to duck into a bathroom, pump and emerge with pointier nipples, fine. But honestly, guys like nipples, erect or not. Next!

The Brava Breast Enhancement and Shaping System ($895 and up)

The promise: This special bra has battery-powered suction cups that tug on the skin for “an amazing medical breakthrough…that actually grows a woman’s own natural breast tissue.”

AcuAids Acupuncture Breast Enlargement Kit ($40)

You can glean a ton about a guy's libido and reproductive health just by eyeballing him. Harry Fisch, MD, author of Size Matters, reveals how to read the clues.

A guy may talk a big game and wear jeans that are tighter than Adam Levine's, but that doesn't mean he has what it takes to keep up with you in the sack...or get you knocked up when you're ready. The real signs of a highly sexual male are a lot more subtle and surprising. According to urologist Harry Fisch, the following six traits and behaviors indicate that a man is truly made for action.

He's Trim Around the Middle
You've no doubt heard that a dude with a gut is more likely to keel over from a heart attack later in life, but it's also a bad sign in the sexual realm. Testosterone is broken down more quickly in belly fat. So that big stomach? It's literally sucking him dry of the stuff.
"Testosterone is the gas that drives the car," Dr. Fisch says. "If it's low, he's going to be low on gas. He'll be tired, he's not going to be able to exercise very much, he's less likely to be in the mood, and his fertility will be lower because a guy needs a certain level of testosterone to produce sperm."
Waist size is especially a concern if your guy is over 30, when metabolism slows and testosterone levels decrease by about 1 percent each year.

He's Got Guns(here is where it say tat guys need to be musclar XD)
If a great sex life is high on your list of priorities, find a guy who's trim and jacked. "Someone who regularly works out and lifts weights is likely to have a higher libido," says Dr. Fisch. That's because the body needs testosterone to build muscle mass, so if he has Mario Lopez-like biceps, he usually has more of the hormone. You can't say the same for men who are "skinny fat" — you know, the tall, thin guy who has a body like a noodle. "If he's too scrawny, he's not going to have a lot of testosterone or a strong sex drive," Dr. Fisch says. "Unfortunately, working out can only boost a guy's testosterone levels to a point, and some men will never build big muscles because they don't have high enough levels."

He Parties Smart(no smoking for my dear friend?)
Smoking and heavy drinking have the same effect on a guy's mojo as a Rosie O'Donnell striptease. "Smoking constricts blood vessels, which means there's less blood flowing to his penis," Dr. Fisch says. This may cause him to have problems getting — and maintaining — an erection. Downing more than three drinks also can leave him limp because alcohol is a central-nervous-system depressant, which once again, limits blood flow to his penis. So a guy who knocks back lots of cocktails? He's probably not going to be the life of the party in bed.

His Testicles Are in Top Shape(size checking pls XD)
You can learn even more about a guy's long-term sexual potential once his pants are off. First, check out his testicles: Each should be the size of a walnut(go do some check-up for urself), says Dr. Fisch, and they should be nearly equal, though small differences are normal. If one is considerably smaller — say, the size of a cherry — then that's a fertility red flag. Around 95 percent of a testicle is made up of sperm-producing cells, and 5 percent is made up of testosterone-producing cells. A smaller testicle makes for a smaller sperm factory.

While you're feeling around down there, note how heated his boys get. "If his testicles run hot, it could be due to a group of pronounced veins in the scrotum, called a varicocele," says Dr. Fisch. "These veins are filled with warm blood, and the extra heat reduces sperm count." A varicocele can be flat or raised and can look similar to a group of varicose veins in the legs. To find out for sure if he has one, cup his balls and firmly — but gently — run your thumb along the scrotal skin, being careful to check for raised portions or lumps (which may feel like coiled string).

He Has Stellar Semen(amount and taste checking XD)
You can glean a lot from the volume, clarity, and taste of a man's semen. A guy's ejaculate should be about half a teaspoon. If he's producing less, it could mean he's been ejaculating a lot from sex or masturbation or that he has an infection or blockage of the ejaculatory ducts, Dr. Fisch says.
Semen is mostly fluid, but about 1 percent of it is sperm, which is what gives it a cloudy appearance. If you notice a man's ejaculate has a watery consistency instead of a creamy one, he likely has a low sperm count and he may have difficulty fathering kids. As for taste, "a guy's semen is a mixture of fluid that contains sugar — fructose — from the seminal vesicles and a salty taste from the prostate," Dr. Fisch says. If a man is having sex or masturbating frequently, as in every day or several times a day, he's going to deplete the fructose-containing fluid, so his semen will taste saltier. If he hasn't ejaculated in a while, it's going to be sweeter.

He Takes Just Long Enough(too long is not gud)
You don't need a PhD to know that a guy who comes too fast can put a damper on your sex life (anything less than 2 minutes is considered premature ejaculation). But a man who takes forever to peak despite being hard also may be cause for concern. For one, he may be giving himself a hand too often. "Some men masturbate so much that they know their trigger points and it becomes more difficult for them to come inside a woman," Dr. Fisch says. It could also indicate that he's on an antidepressant or anti-anxiety medication, which can cause prolonged ejaculation.

Biggest Guy Sex Myths
We felt compelled to clear up some misconceptions.

Despite common belief, the size of a man's hands and feet has nothing to do with the size of his penis.
If a guy is big all around — say, he's a 6-foot-4 football player — that doesn't mean he's going to have a humdinger of a hummer. And a small guy could be very well hung.
A veiny penis does not indicate that a guy has a problem. In fact, it's totally normal.
Hairiness has zero correlation with virility. Men with hairy chests are genetically predisposed to it — it has nothing to do with testosterone. Similarly, if a guy is balding, it's not a sign that his libido will be lacking. In some cases, it actually may suggest that he has more testosterone.

Buy something you like for decoration for the interior.

Buy some fake snow spray n spray all over the box so that it look like the sky.And the result will be like this.

A very nice movie.I agree with my friend say.This movie is better then spiderman n batman.XD
And below is something about the movie.

The Story

Ip Man is a fictionalized account of Ip Man's life. It begins just prior to the war between China and Japan, and ends with him being forced by the Japanese occupation to leave China for Hong Kong. Bruce Lee does not appear in the movie, though Lee is mentioned in the epilogue.

The movie dramatizes Ip Man's resistance against the Japanese occupiers, which caused him to flee to Hong Kong to escape Japanese retribution (in real life, he left in 1949 because of the communists: see link to Ip Ching's biography of Ip Man below).

The story is interesting enough but there is little new here. Despite being based on a real person, the plot elements are fairly traditional Hong Kong movie boilerplate:

Ruffians challenging kung fu masters to fights and bullying spirited but untrained (in kung fu) friends of the hero.
A modest and virtuous hero who disdains violence.
Arrogant and cruel Japanese overlords getting their just desserts at the hands of superior Chinese kung fu.

Today I went to watch "The Day The Earth Stood Still" so I reach there early to catch my dinner with friend.The movie start at 2300 at cinema 2 and we wait for 20minute the movie still haven't start then the work announce that they have problem with the power so he ask us kindly move to cinema 2.LOLZ.Then I was stun and say to my friend "we already at cinema 2 d where should we go then?" then my friend laugh out loud and everyone in the cinema also look at her SO "FISH".But no people notice what's that worker say only me n her notice.What a funny worker.Then we move to cinema 4 to watch the movie the only thing that not the same is the sit i brought the ticket and we sit in the middle but then at the end I sit at the front of the cinema,after the movie my neck feel pain.T.T.But the movie is quite nice too.Keanu Reeves is very handsome ^^

NFS UNDERCOVER
The New Need For Speed Undercover its nice graphics game and got many nice car to drive.But the game play is a lot worst then the last one.And this time its come out better then the last one the NFS ProStreet.This Undercover its has a short story but i enjoy playing it because it's has many nice car that i hope to drive in the real world. =.="

Today i realise somethings that i should realise it in 9 month early.So tHen i was thinking why it took me so long to realise it?Because i was hating her for so long and i never think about how she feel.What a selfish guy i'm.When i realise how she feel when i leave her those pain is really pain.I felt very sorry for what i had done and what i had cost.I really hope that she will hate me or slap me.When i started to realise what i really want and what i really need and those pain that cost to her i feel like what an idiot i'm and why i just keep on making stupid mistake and why i never look further?why?why?why?why i can so angry till dint care about her?why?why?why?i'm really sorry for what i had done and i dont know what i can do to make up to you.i'm really sorry.While i'm realising this my tears start to fall.After that my tears just dont know why will suddenly fall.At that night i drove to her house n sit at there just like when i was chasing her that time.sitting at outside and wondering what she's doing and hoping that something will happen.

Today i'm feeling much from yesterday,because she ask me to eat supper with her.When i meet her and hear her voice and saw her smile i feel like no more sadness.While she was eating i just keep on looking at her because i miss her face so much.When she finish eat she borrow my phone and i borrow her phone to record her.And now everytime i look at that video it's make me feel happy.Then after awhilei send her back to home.Before reach her home i ask her can wait for a bit longer to send her back home?She say ok.Then i stop the car at the side of the road and i hug her n i feel like dont wanted to let go of her forever.Then after awhile she start to push me away and she say its getting late she needs to get back home if not mom will scold.But i dint send her back because i dont wanted to let her go.Then she told me is i dont want her nt she dont want me.Then i sit at there and listen to what she say and i'm thinking what kind of a person i'm again.i'm really is a jerk.No more worst then a jerk.Then she say when she finish play with those boys and i keep fit success and if i still in love with her then only she see how its going to be.When i hear what she say i feel that one day me and her will betogether again and i'm going to spend the rest of my life with her.Then she ask me to send her back home.

Today is Hari Raya,so i also getting lazy and took a day off and stay at home when i wake up i do 20 push up then i went downstair to look for some food for my breakfast.When i reach downstair my mom is sitting at the dinner table and asking me since when you become a malay?Then i reply her with a SMILE :-) and just walk away lolz.After i had my breakfast i go check friendster and my email.After checking iti do another 20 push up.Then my mom ask me to help her to do some account because she few month dint do.Then i was surounded with numbers n bills.ARG~ so confusing.Then at the night i when to her house at 10.30 and i walk around her house for 4 round for excercise.After i walk 4 round that time is 11.06 then i went back in my car and wait for her to come back home so that i can see her.Eventhought i sit fromvery far bt i still happy by just seeing her.Then i started to wait.I wait until 12.04 then i phone her up and ask "Where are you" "Almost reach home"she answer.Then she tell me can you please dont sit in front of my house because it feel very horrifying.Then from what she say my memories start to run back to the back i chase her.Every night i go sit in front of her house just to see her and she say that i'mvery sweet but now she say that i'm horrifying her.Then i know she dont love me anymore.So i went back home and online to find someone to chat with me.Then i found someone who treat me very gud(maybe to others also so gud).Then she console me.
